Above country/NOCC role which oversees all Adopt activities for BPA workstream and overall Reporting & Analytics, in collaboration with functional leads in and above country. This role reports to the LDC Adopt Finance Lead and works directly with the above country R&A and BPA teams and with the NOCC/Country responsible.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Support repeatable and scalable deployment of LDC Releases for BPA / R&A in line with agreed scope
  • Regionally accountable for country adoption of LDC Core Finance R&A capabilities in reporting systems via BW and embedded analytics in S/4 Hana
  • Regionally accountable for country adoption of LDC Core BPA scope (P&L, Allocations, Data collection driver tool, coordination of mapping and testing etc.).
  • Ensure country specific BPA and R&A user requirements are captured, assessed and implemented or mitigated.
  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination of LDC project with dependent & locally triggered projects and business as usual (BAU) activities.
  • Manage & mitigate implementation risks with Country/NOCC Lead.
  • Own transition from current environment to future LDC based and enabled reporting, through inputs to data migration/mapping, coordination and execution of testing activities and communication/change management with respective reporting lead product owners and reporting team leads.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders on functional & deployment deliverables.
  • Facilitate robust collaboration between Functional and Business experts (country, NOCC, etc.) to achieve sustainable process solutions.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and Day in the Life simulation to enable local organization acceptance and support for positive “Go” decision.
  • Triage and coordinate R&A and BPA inquiries and incidents during hypercare and throughout the transition to steady-state operational support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any related field and at least 11 years of working experience in BPA field.
  • Support repeatable and scalable deployment of LDC Releases for BPA / R&A in line with agreed Leadership, communication and coordination with ability to zoom in & zoom out to effectively manage priorities
  • Experience in communication to senior stakeholders
  • Project management experience in international and complex matrix organizations with projects requiring change management
  • Agile self-starter, able to make decisions, negotiate and drive solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPA, specifically M&S. Country or regional experience required
  • Data and systems (EDW, BPC, SAC) savvy with experience in reports or dashboards management
